Hello Debian Science and Debian AI Team! I'd like to share the progress made as part of my Google Summer of Code 2025 project which involved improving support for ROCm within the Debian distribution.
The libraries that I worked on were SpFFT, Kokkos, MIVisionX, MIGraphX, ROCm Performance Primitives and CuPy. Although some of these are still under review, I'm happy to share that ROCm Performance Primitives has been uploaded to experimental and is currently in NEW queue, SpFFT has ROCm support enabled and CuPy is almost ready for an upload to experimental!
