Hello Debian packaging team, I am working on a new package ceccomp, a C implementation inspired by seccomp-tools. Related information is already available on the BTS (ITP and general RFS):
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1116186 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1116471 For context: in Capture-The-Flag (CTF) challenges and security environments, seccomp filters are a common technique to restrict syscalls. Currently users usually rely on seccomp-tools, a Ruby-based utility that is not packaged in Debian. The ceccomp package provides a modern, C-written alternative with extended features, and would allow users to set up hacking/CTF environments more easily via the Debian archive. I would highly appreciate it if someone could review my package. If this package is accepted, I would also like to join the pkg-security team to maintain it. Thanks in advance for your review and feedback. Best regards, Rocket Ma
