Revert "CVE-2025-31160,atop: bullseye is ignored"
This reverts commit f4a89085cef9689d61b8f99759f3576f0f3c6efa.
The vulnerability is not in atopgpud daemon, but in the client code within atop.
It's vulnerable whether or not atopgpud is packaged.
