        -nolisten trans-type
                Disable a transport type.  For example TCP/IP
                connections can be disabled with -nolisten tcp

It's a command line option passed to the X server.  Depending on how you
start X, it could be passed in the startx file as part of serverargs:

        xinit $clientargs -- $serverargs
