Hi!

These are warnings not errors.  If they were errors the documented
could not have been processed in the first place.

I've just build the install manual, checked every cross-reference on
every page and they're all fine.  So, the document is generated ok. 
I've also run debiandoc2latexpdf on some other docs (packaging,
developer's  reference) and they all have the same issue, but are also
ok.

At the moment I've really no idea what could be causing these warnings
to occur.  Since the documents themselves are generated ok, I wouldn't
worry too much about this.
