After upgrading to the new libc6, the id command appears broken: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ id uid=1000(max) gid=100(max) groups=100(max),4(adm),20(dialout),24(cdrom), \ 0(root),0(root),0(root),0(root)
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat /etc/group root::0: daemon::1: bin::2: sys::3: adm::4:max tty::5: disk::6: lp::7:lp mail::8: news::9: kmem::15: dialout::20:max cdrom::24:max floppy::25:max audio::29:max src::40:max shadow::42: staff::50:max max::100: nogroup::65534: The output should look more like this: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ id uid=1000(max) gid=100(max) groups=100(max),4(adm),19(dos),20(ppp),24(cdrom), \ 25(floppy),29(audio),40(src),50(staff) I've also been having utmp corruption. I have libc5 5.3.12-1a.2 and libc6 2.0.91-980111-3. Is there a different libc5 I should be using, with utmp wrapper functionality?
