Hmm, seems your CDROM is not configured for 512 bytes per sector. Is it coming from a PC box ? In this case you could have to change jumper settings to enable 512 b/s instead of 2048. I know that almost Plextor units have ability to do that (mine is a 40TSI). My Yamaha cdwriter can also do it (CDRW4260).
