I got this error since instaling the kernel 2.2.13. Il also get this error whenever launching ps or top: {sun4m_irq_itoa} {___f___irq_itoa} Warning: /boot/System.map-2.2.14 does not match kernel data. I have filed a bug report on this but the bug was never fixed. Then I was told that the bug is close because kernel-image-2.2.13 no longer exists. But these errors subsist in the new kernel-image-2.2.14 ! FInally, I remove the modules eicon.o, ... and System.map-2.2.14 to get rid of the warning messages (but of coutse this is not a fix) Both these errors are found on IPC and IPX -- PHAM Dinh Tuan | e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Laboratoire de Modelisation et Calcul | Tel: +33 4 76 51 44 23 BP 53, 38041 Grenoble cedex 9 (France) | Fax: +33 4 76 63 12 63 -----------------------------------------------------------------------
