You have to make a partition. Why do you want to make a dos or vfat partition on a Sun disk? I'm hoping you mean just a normal partition, which you would do: mke2fs /dev/sda1 Ben -- .----------=======-=-======-=========-----------=====------------=-=-----. / Ben Collins -- Debian GNU/Linux \ ` [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] ' `---=========------=======-------------=-=-----=-===-======-------=--=---'
