Yes I had this with some cheap memory I got on ebay. It happened intermittently, for unpredictable time periods. During the bursts, syslogd and klogd were taking a lot of CPU and the filesystem was getting filled up very quickly with those warnings ....I ended up replacing the memory. You might be lucky and have a usable system! If anyone wants some cursed memory, let me know
I think the 0601 refers to the memory card that has the problem (depending on your machine you might have to remove the one it's paired with too).
