Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Reportbug-Version: 2.37 Package: kernel-source-2.6.0-test11 Version: 2.6.0-test11-1 Severity: normal It's nessisary to disable pci domains on sparc systems where X is to be used, as X dose not yet work when it's enabeled. Debian bug #225526 contains a patch that I was able to use to get X working. Bug #225521 explains the problem in more detail. I didn't notice untill now, but the description in the Kconf file is a bit vulgar. Maby some one what's to take a crack at writing up a good description. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable Architecture: sparc Kernel: Linux train 2.6.0-test11 #1 Wed Dec 31 00:10:05 CST 2003 sparc64 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C Versions of packages kernel-source-2.6.0-test11 depends on: ii binutils 2.14.90.0.7-3 The GNU assembler, linker and bina ii bzip2 1.0.2-1 A high-quality block-sorting file ii coreutils [fileutils] 5.0.91-2 The GNU core utilities ii fileutils 5.0.91-2 The GNU file management utilities -- no debconf information ----- End forwarded message -----
