hmm, so your graphics card is on a different PCI domain. Multiple PCI domain support in X is not very good (it's a hack), and I'm not quite sure it all works right now. This should all be fixed in Xorg 1.5, which will include a complete rework of the PCI access code, but that's not out yet.
