1) Gnome terminal doesn't install due to dependencies, so I made a
mistake regarding Gnome terminal having dotted lines. This is an issue
with "Konsole" terminal.
2) Try the following link for screen-shots regarding both "Konsole" and
"LX Terminal" comparison. Hopefully pictures will clarify what I mean.

**Notice "LX Terminal" (shown on the left side of the screen) doesn't
have dotted lines, unlike "Konsole" (shown on the right side of the
screen). Tried the following to remove dotted lines within "Konsole" :
$ echo $TERM
xterm-256color
A) $ clear
B) $ stty sane
C) $ reset
D) clear
E) Even tried clicking "Clear Scrollback and Reset" within "Konsole"
program. Listed under "three lines" icon on top right.
F) Tried changing fonts and font sizes within "Konsole" (under
"Settings" and "Edit Current Profile" menu items)
**Nothing Worked - Do so will clear Konsole terminal screen, but dotted
lines remain.
3) According to your previous email, KDE and Gnome still appear to have
issues. As such, I will use "Terminator", "LX Terminal", "Xterm", and
"UXTerm". These all work as expected.

Tony

Other issues:
1) Konsole, Gnome terminal, etc generate dots/lines within terminals with
lxde. Using
clear and resetting the terminal will not remove the dots/lines. However, this
is not
the case with “lx terminal. lx terminal appears to work without any visible
issues.
I have no idea what you mean, to be honest.
