Well, maybe, but I don't really see the need for "high"  priority as
mentioned by debconf-devel(7):

              high   Items that don't have a reasonable default.

Or, at least, please consider displaying this note only on upgrades,
not on first installations (which will never occur with 2.0 kernel).
