the adapter seems to function with no problem at all using the redhat 5.2
installation. i have an older 4 cd tower that i've connected to the external
connector and the system is apparently recognizing all 4 cd's as well as the
internal drive. the internal drive has been formatted and the system is being
installed from one of the cd's in the tower.
