When I had this problem with kmatplot, Kamil just answered me that I have to disable opengl with the configure option --without-gl because opengl was a part of qt in debian. I'm sorry but I'm not the qt-gl specialist that you want. Good luck for Kalamaris (what is this program in fact ?), Laurent.
