Thanks for the help. :-) AFAICS the /etc/gpm.conf format has changed recently. In addition, there is now a /etc/gpm directory with 3 files in it. So I am still rather lost. What should these 4 files look like? What should I put in them in order to get the "-R" switch and the repeater=raw behaviour?
