when I to put stable, testing and unstable into /etc/apt/sources.list I get

In this example I'm using apt-proxy, but the same error occurs without
apt-proxy.
Is it not allowed to have all 3 releases in the sources or is this a bug?

I had a problem like this with apt-get, I reduced the number of aptable
sources
and then it worked ok. That said putting stable, testing and unstable
all together
is a bit of an odd thing to do, but in theory I see no reason why it
shouldn't work.
