[Help] Specific options to cross-compile gcc and g++

Good afternoon,

I tried to generate gcc14 debian packages but the Debian building 
process depends on gcc14.

I only need armhf and arm64 packages for gcc and g++.

I tried to cross compile them from the sources in an intel platform for 
the mentioned architectures without any success.

Which are the options I have to use when I run configure to cross 
compile gcc and g++ for armhf and arm64?
