Regarde le fichier /etc/X11/Xsession.options, moi j'ai :
# /etc/X11/Xsession.options

allow-failsafe
allow-user-resources
allow-user-xsession
use-ssh-agent
L'option allow-user-xsession est sans doute ce qui te manque...
