le driver de la carte son est HDA Intel
j'utilise alsamixer version 1.0.24.2

tout est à 100% , dans vlc le son est réglé au maximum, avec le casque c
est comme si j'étais à 5% , et avec les speaker du pc rien ne sort ....

voici ce que me donne les informations  (F2)
