moi j'ai eu ce soucis quand j'ai rajouté le support de devfs dans le noyau... 
un pote a pareil quand il met devfs... 
je l'ai viré et ça marche :) 

c'est certainement ça si t'arrives à booter avec l'ancien noyau...
