Hallo!
Folgendes Problem:
Der "lokale" SASL Test auf dem Mailserver scheint zu funktionieren, ich
kann trotzdem keine Authentifizierung über den SMTP-Port erreichen.
ein:
# testsaslauthd -u username -p strenggeheim -r meinedomaene.dyndns.org
Liefert:
(Im Log von # saslauthd -a rimap -O hermes.meinedomaene.dyndns.org - d:
saslauthd[8755] :do_auth : auth success: [user=username]
[service=imap] [realm=meinedomaine.dyndns.org] [mech=rimap]
Der Logeintrag während des Verbindens mit dem Mailclient:

Es ist Cyrus Sasl, Postfix, Courier Imap inst.
Kann mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen ich weiss vor lauter SASL nicht
mehr wo vorne und hinten ist ;-(.
