Hmm, auch da steht nichts von konstanter Bitrate, nur von harten oder weichen Bitraten-Beschraenkungen. Wir muessen uns hier nicht weiter streiten, ganz offensichtlich war meine Annahme das ogg ausschliesslich VBR unterstuetzt falsch.
