Da steht recht deutlich, dass das Postinstallation-Skript des Pakets apache-common einen exit-Status von 1 liefert. Damit bricht die Installation ab. Ob das Problem mit der addgroup-Meldung direkt davor zusammenhängt ist nicht sicher, da hilft nur ein Blick in das Skript. Du kannst Dir mal unter /var/lib/dpkg/.../ (sorry, aktuell kein Debian zur Hand) das postinst-Skript anschauen und herausfinden warum das so ist. Alternativ lösche ich in derartigen Fällen das Paket (ggf, auch dependency-Pakete) und installiere es mit apt-get neu. Meist geht es dann.
