Sowas deutet wohl mehr auf ein Hardwareproblem hin. Vielleicht gibt der Speicher langsam den Geist auf. Ich hatte das auch mal. Ich habe dann die Platte in einen anderen Rechner eingebaut und alles lief wieder wie geschmiert.
