Tem um pacote tambem chamado tz-brasil. É muito bom! como no Brasil o Horario de verão é uma zona todo ano muda o dia de inicio e fim, esse pacote busca frequentemente por uma lista no servidor do debian com novas datas de inicio e termino do horario de verão.
