Atualizei a Bios, não resolveu nada não.. Tirei fora uma placa de rede PCI e funcionou, mesmo colocando outra placa pci o erro acontecia.
Tive que deixar a maquina somente com a rede onboard que não resolve muita coisa pois era gateway de rede.
