Vou responder teoricamente, pois estou num lugar M$.
Use, além das opções que você botou (E, p) a opção -r (recursiva),
senão ele só baixa o arquivo fotos.htm e para por aí. pense também em usar
a opção -l e a -np.
-l depth
--level=depth
Specify recursion maximum depth level _d_e_p_t_h. The
default maximum
depth is 5.
-np
--no-parent
Do not ever ascend to the parent directory when retrieving
recur-
sively. This is a useful option, since it guarantees that only
the
files _b_e_l_o_w a certain hierarchy will be downloaded.

Oi gente,
Como usa esse wget!? Eu queria puxar todos os .htm, .jpg e
.gif do site http://www.xtetex.com/xgalleryx/ só que dá erro 404 not found
e etc... no diretório desse site não há um html index... Existe o fotos.htm
em / que tem os links para as páginas que quero puxar (que fica no dir
xgalleryx)com suas respectivas imagens. Boto wget -Ep
www.xtetex.com/fotos.htm e ele não puxa os links contido nele, são links
para 149 páginas e cada página tem uma foto... entendem o que quero fazer?
