Caro Wesley, É só você digitar dpkg-reconfigure locales ai vão aparecer algumas pergutnas para você responder. Uma dica que lhe dou é na parte de configuração do teclado o sistema lhe pergunta que tipo de teclado você usa, você deve escolher o tipo (qwert). Que são simplesmente as 5 primeiras letras do seu teclado, contando da tecla TAB para a direita.
