Instala o QT para usar o licq... estão faltando dependências... de uma olhada em www.licq.org e veja o que você precisa para rodar, mas de qualquer jeito recomendo o sim-icq se você está utilizando woody... vai ficar mais fácil para você... procure no sourceforge que tu encontra...
