1) Retira o -f do apt-get (Use-o somente para corrigir erros de pacotes fix-missing) 2) Tente isso, eh meio arriscado pq ele pode descompactar pacotes com erro edita o arquivo /etc/dpkg.cfg e coloca na linha 1 o parametro "no-debsig" (sem as aspas) se nao existir o arquivo vc deve cria-lo...
