Acessar progr pelo shell

Olá, gente depois de eu atualizar meu KDE para 3.4.1, não consigo mais acessar programas pelo shell, um exemplo, é tentar entrar no kcontrol, aparece o seguinte erro: debian-br-cdd:/home/rafar# kcontrol Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server Xlib: No protocol specified kded: cannot connect to X server :0.0 DCOP aborting call from 'anonymous-5687' to 'kded' kded: ERROR: Communication problem with kded, it probably crashed.
