Hola Armando,
Al parecer, con el corte en el servidor se ha corrompido la base de
datos, o algunas tablas al menos. Según se puede leer en el e-mail que
te ha llegado de tu servidor, son bastantes entradas de la BD las que se
han corrompido. Yo, en tu caso, intentaría recuperar de las bases de
datos los máximos datos posibles (esto es trabajdo de chinos), y
después, con los scripts de instalación de Drupal, reconstruiría la base
de datos y empezaría desde 0. Supongo que habrá otras soluciones, pero
ahora mismo no se me ocurre.
Al reiniciar el MySQL Daemon, chequea las tablas en busca de entradas
corruptas, y supongo que ese es el mail que te llega.
