los volúmenes lógicos aparecen como desactivados. Prueba con # vgchange -a y Esto debería activar el grupo, y en consecuencia todos lo volúmenes que contiene. Comprueba si tras esto han aparecido los dispositivos en /dev/vg01/* Si están ahí, móntalos. Si no vuelve a comprobar si siguen inactivos. Si siguen puedes probar con # lvchange -a y /dev/vg01/home (esto activa un volumen lógico, no el grupo completo).
