         Veo que usas el servidor SVGA. En el man de XF86_SVGA dice:

               no_bitblt  -  for  Cirrus  and C&T chipsets.  This
               option disables use of hardware BitBLT.

         Ya sé que no es tu chipset, pero puedes probar... supongo!
