Dunno about Moz, but netscape used to silently unzip files, but forget to change the extension; you'd end up with a tar file(for instance), called blah.tar.gz, which tar wouldn't be able to handle. If this is the problem, you need to either wait for Moz to fix it, or replace /usr/bin/xpdf with a wrapper script that either tells xpdf that just because something is .gz doesn't mean it's gzipped or one that moves the file to blah.pdf before invoking xpdf on it. -rob
