Justices Rehnquist, O'Connor, Scalia, and Kennedy were all appointed by President Reagan. Jusitces Souter and Thomas were appointed by President Bush (41). Justices Ginsburg and Breyer were appointed by President Clinton. Justice Stevens was appointed by President Ford.
