Absolute easiest way to check all disks... shutdown -rF now Case is important, F forces filesystem check on reboot, f forces skipping it even if it would have normally. If you don't want to reboot now and want it to check on your next boot (if you shut down your machine when it's not being used) shutdown -hF now -- .''`.
