Then you 'are' using xprint (/etc/init.d/xprint).  You have to set
that up. Look in /usr/share/doc/xprt-common/ for the instructions.

Note xprt-xprintorg depends on xprt-common.

If I recall correctly, the files you have to look at are in 
/etc/Xprint/C/print/attributes/
