I have no idea what you're talking about; AFAIK the anonymous proxies only remap browser requests. Are you implying that some of them will forward *email*?? (That, I find hard to believe...)
I've seen Squid logs where someone was giving it a bloody good go.
In any event, you didn't say _what_ you want to proxy.
