Perhaps you can contact linux magazine (www.linux-magazine.com), they released a "Knoppix collection" DVD with their October issue (issue 47) which contains Knoppix, Gnoppix, Kanotix, ZoneCD, ... I tested the DVD last night on my laptop and it worked fine: you get a nice boot loader that allows you to select which Live-distro you'd like to boot.
