I'm getting repeated disconnects of my wireless link every two minutes or so, and I'm not sure how to trace the problem.

I'm running Sarge, kernel 2.6.8.1, Netgear MA401 card. I ruled out interference (tried various channels). The disconnects only seem to happen during network inactivity (power management on the card is off according to iwconfig).

The problem is annoying because every disconnect causes my laptop hard disk to spin up.

Any advice would be appreciated.
