Although as a newbie, I didn't realise that some
questions shouldn't actually be answered! In other
words, quite a few of the sections in dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xfree86 should be left blank for some (most?)
hardware. I stuggled with the PCI:0:16:0 stuff, until
I read the screen carefully and left it blank!

Hope that helps.
