Thank you, and yes, I have already read through those Security pages;
unfortunately, they do not explain what the term [security] means when it is
placed next to a package in the Debian installation release.

For example, in http://packages.debian.org/stable/mail/, what does the tag
"[security]" mean? Does it mean (1) that there are security problems with
the package, (2) there is a security advisory, or (3) that the given package
is a security update solving a known problem?
