Note that that is different from gnome-keyboard-properties.
gnome-keybinding-properties just gives me the dialog where you set shortcuts ala the old acme. Still can't figure out where I'd be supposed to find 'text editing shortcuts'; I've tried everything under Applications->Desktop Preferences.
