kernel upgrade from 2.4.18-bf2.4 to 2.6.x

Hi,

I'm running kernel 2.4.18-bf2.4 on my computers. Filesystem is RaiserFS 
3.6.25. What I need to do for upgrading kernel to 2.6.x
