I can't find any reference to the debian-sparc mailing list (or did one never exist?). Is anyone using Debian on a sparc (or barring that, is anyone using Linux on a sparc ;-).
The heart of my question is this, is it possible to get Linux up and running on a sparc w/o a CD-ROM drive? Can Debian Linux/Sparc boot off a floppy and establish an ethernet connection so that the rest of the install can proceed off a mounted filesystem? --norm
