I have tried this, but I still get: "pcibios_init: BIOS32 Service Directory structure at 0x000fa000 pcibios_init: entry in high memory, trying direct PCI access pcibios_init: Not supported chipset for direct PCI access pci_init: no BIOS32 detected" then later he just blocks with: "/etc/rc done." I have patched version 2.0.30 of the kernel and compiled it, then put a copy as "linux" on the rescue disk. Ran rdev.sh in the directory where the disk was mounted. I'm trying to install on a Compaq Deskpro XL 560. Am I forgetting something?
