Actually, the part of the license which restricts it's use on Win95, might not be valid w/ the GPL. In talking with one of the people with Cygnus, the reason they couldn't release the GNU-WIN stuff under the LGPL for most people and everyone else could use the GPL, is because the [L]GPL doesn't allow you to modify it.
